The Project

A commercial development fronting Albany Highway in Bentley, comprising a freestanding 7-Eleven fuel station and office warehouse.

Our Role

Engaged from the outset to manage all aspects of the project, from obtaining development approval for the development uses, sub-division approval to divide the land in accordance with the tenancy requirements, project management and site superintendence of the construction works.

Outcome

The 7-Eleven fuel station was successfully completed in June 2022 and is open for trading.
