The Project
A free-standing purpose-built fuel station for 7-Eleven, situated on a prominent corner in East Bunbury, Western Australia.
Our Role
Identified the site as an opportunity for 7-Eleven, negotiated the site acquisition and agreement for lease with 7-Eleven, obtained planning approvals. A builder was engaged in Q3-2022 with construction due for completion in Q1-2023.
Outcome
Ongoing project management of the delivery of the fuel station in challenging building market conditions.
