The Project

Following the successful acquisition of the project in 2019, Tomahawk Property has assisted the client in the sales & marketing of the staged release of these residential lots.

Our Role

Tomahawk Property is engaged as sales agent for the project, providing strategic advice on pricing and lot release strategy, marketing and sales agency processes. Tomahawk Property services the project by employing a full-time salesperson based at the Austin Lakes sales office and providing support from our head office.

Outcome

An ongoing long-term relationship with the client, successfully marketing stages of one of Western Australia's unique and most successful developments.
