The Project

The development of 23 residential lots adjoining the new Hammond Park Secondary College. 

Our Role

Tomahawk Property was the Development Manager for the project, leading the town planning approvals process and overseeing the civil construction & land titling process through to sales & marketing of the 23 residential lots.
