The Project

A 20-lot residential infill subdivision adjacent to the prestigious Roselea Estate in Stirling, Western Australia.

Our Role

The Director of Tomahawk Property was approached by the client on the back of a successful development nearby in Stirling. A joint venture was established and ultimately a Town Planning Scheme Amendment was effected to enable the development to proceed. 

Outcome

The development of 20 high quality residential lots overlooking the bowling green at Stirling Adriatic Centre. A successful sales & marketing campaign achieving record prices in the area.
