Project overview
This development will transform the existing building at 441 Murray Street, Perth, to accommodate the Anglican Schools Commission’s corporate offices, St Georges Anglican Grammar School campus and Anglican Schools Commission International campus. Tomahawk Property's project management role includes structural and design coordination of a staged master plan which will ultimately expand the building from 9 levels to a 14 level building plus rooftop terrace which includes a double height gymnasium level. Stage one will include significant structural upgrades, services upgrades, expansion of the podium and addition of a new circulation stairwell and fitout of the existing structure.

The Project

Tomahawk Property assisted the client in identifying suitable premises to cater for their growing educational and staffing needs by conducting the due diligence assessment and negotiating the acquisition of an existing high-rise building.

Our Role

Tomahawk Property’s ongoing engagement includes acquisition advice, property management, facilities management and assisting the client in obtaining development approval for the staged works, overseeing the design, documentation, tender, construction and administering the building contract.

Outcome

Tomahawk Property have been contracted to project manage the delivery development through to 2030.
