The Project

A new Anglican school in Shepparton, Victoria, catering for students from Preparatory to Year 12.

Our Role

Tomahawk Property was engaged to identify suitable school site opportunities in Shepparton, ultimately leading to the client contracting to purchase the All Saints' Anglican School site in Verney Road, Shepparton North. Tomahawk Property undertook a due diligence exercise on the land and its suitability to be developed as a school.

Tomahawk Property was engaged to coordinate the masterplan process and the detailed design, documentation and delivery of Stage 1 of the school, which will open in 2024.

Outcome

Planning permits have been obtained for the project and a forward works construction package has been awarded.
